The World People Counter has one goal: to count every single person on Earth, as accurately as we possibly can. One tap, one number, one person, you. Every count brings the picture a little closer to complete.
We take accuracy seriously. The number should mean something, so we work to make every count a real, unique person. No duplicates, no bots, no inflation. Each person is counted once and only once, and we are constantly tightening the safeguards that protect the integrity of the total.
We do not collect your name, your email, or anything that identifies you.
How the count works
- Anonymous. No account, no name, no email. Your country is optional.
- Counted once. Each device may add itself once per year. Each network address may add at most one entry per day, so two browsers on the same machine cannot stack the total.
- Yearly reset. The count restarts at 00:00 UTC on January 1st each year. Come back next January and add yourself again.
Welcome to the count.
